At MIT you are within walking distance of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Fenway Park and TD Garden, countless museums, seven (!) It's just as good for CS and Physics as MIT, plus it's better at pretty much everything else in case you're interested in learning about non-STEM stuff. The main reason to choose MIT is that it is academically much stronger than Stanford for math/CS.
